In recent months they have let two properties close to St Albans City Centre within 4 hours of coming onto the market – a two bedroom Victorian cottage and a studio apartment. This time the property was a two bedroom, cottage-style house in Sandridge, a rural village situated 3 miles from St Albans. The property was put on the market with Darwoods late on a Friday afternoon and a tenancy secured the following afternoon for £800 monthly.
